Vanilla essential oil also benefits can also reduce fevers, relieve PMS symptoms, fighting infection, lowering blood pressure, reducing inflammation, and reducing depression. With those uses and the warm, comforting scent of vanilla, can you imagine anything more relaxing. The origins of Vanilla planifolia (Vanilla Essential Oil) has been traced back to Southeast Mexico and Guatemala, but today it can be found growing within 20 degrees north or south of the equator across the world

Blends Well With: Bergamot, Grapefruit, Lemon, Orange, Sandalwood

Suggested Usage: 

Bath – Mix 4-8 drops (2-3 for most children) in a carrier oil or bath salts (Dead Sea Epsom or Himalayan Salts work best) Add to bath water or hand/foot soak.

Diffuse – Add several drops to an aromatherapy diffuser
