 Essential oils help restore a feeling of peace, balance, and happiness, and they promote the stability of hormones and emotions.Happy Hormones Therapeutic Blend helps reduce discomfort associated with moon cycles such as cramps and backaches. These cooling oils clam mood swings and are soothing to the psyche.

Directions:

Diffusion– Put a few drops of essential oils in your diffuser, turn it on, and circulate the oil into your room.

Aromatherapy Massage– Add up to 20 drops of essential oil to 1 ounce of carrier oil.

Topical–  Dilute  of  1-2 drops of essential oil per 1 teaspoon of carrier oil, apply  over a larger surface area of the skin, which helps the oil penetrate your body better, and it’s more cost effective.

Baths– Add 2-5 drops of essential oil to a carrier oil or use with our  Lavender or Eucalyptus dead sea salt
