ANXIETY RELEASE THERAPEUTIC BLEND

Essential oils help restore a feeling of peace, balance, and happiness, and they promote the stability of hormones and emotions. Let go of worries and woes with this physically, emotionally and mentally uplifting blend. Feel a sense of relief from daily stress and put the pep back in your step!

Directions:

Diffusion- Put a few drops of essential oils in your diffuser, turn it on, and circulate the oil into your room.

Aromatherapy Massage- Add up to 20 drops of essential oil to 1 ounce of carrier oil.

Topical-  Dilute  of  1-2 drops of essential oil per 1 teaspoon of carrier oil, apply  over a larger surface area of the skin, which helps the oil penetrate your body better, and it’s more cost effective.

Baths- Add 2-5 drops of essential oil to a carrier oil or use with our  Lavender or Eucalyptus dead sea salt
