Blending: The essential oils of bergamot, chamomile, cypress, eucalyptus and tea tree blend very nicely.

Suggested Usage:

Bath – Mix 4-8 drops (2-3 for most children) in a carrier oil or bath salts (Dead Sea Epsom or Himalayan Salts work best) Add to bath water or hand/foot soak.

Diffuse – Add several drops to an aromatherapy diffuser
