Our Hot & Cold Clay Eye Pack provides slow and even distribution of heat and cold. Retains peak therapeutic temperatures longer than traditional hot & cold packs. Conforms to any part of body, even when frozen. Contents: clay, water, and glycerin.

How to use
Cold
- Place clay pack in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 2 hours.
- Check temperature before applying.
- Wrap a towel around the pack and then apply to the desired area.
- Use for 20 minutes or less at a time.
Hot
- Moisten a towel and wrap it around the clay pack.
- Microwave clay pack for 20 seconds at 800W.
- Check temperature before applying.
- Add heat in 10 second intervals until the clay pack reaches the desired temperature.
- Use for 20 minutes or less at a time.
