Lime Essential Oil

Our Lime Essential Oil is 100% pure and it’s harvested at it’s peek season. After the citrus aurantifolia is harvested, the peel is cold pressed to produce a tart, refreshing essential oil. The lime essential oil has antiseptic properties, and it can treat infections and protect against their development. As well as a antiviral, astringent, bactericidal, disinfectant, restorative, and a tonic substance.

Word of Caution: In very rare cases, this oil can cause photosensitivity if exposed directly to the strong sun after application.

Blending: The essential oils of clary sage, lavender, neroli and ylang- ylang blend well

Suggested Usage:

Bath – Mix 4-8 drops (2-3 for most children) in a carrier oil or bath salts (Dead Sea Epsom or Himalayan Salts work best) Add to bath water or hand/foot soak.

Diffuse – Add several drops to an aromatherapy diffuser
