Thyme Linalol Essential Oil has a woody, herbaceous scent and is often diffused to aid in respiration and digestion or to help ward off seasonal illness.

The health benefits of thyme essential oil can be attributed to its properties as an antispasmodic, antiseptic, bactericidal, cardiac, diuretic, expectorant, hypertensive, insecticide, stimulant, and tonic.
Word of Caution: It is an irritant to some people and may cause allergic reactions in some cases. It is also a hypertensive substance that increases blood pressure, so those with high blood pressure should use it after consulting a doctor. It is an emmenagogue, therefore, it should be avoided during pregnancy.
Blending: Bergamont, Grapefruit, Lemon, Lavender, Rosemary and Pine.
Suggested Usage:
Bath – Mix 4-8 drops (2-3 for most children) in a carrier oil or bath salts (Dead Sea Epsom or Himalayan Salts work best) Add to bath water or hand/foot soak.
Diffuse – Add several drops to an aromatherapy diffuser
